No Balls neccessary...

So Lady Beckham owes Yogalosophy, not removing calories from her food, to maintain her lithe figure. Good on her, I only hope it's true but I have a hard time believing Lady V has the strength to slip from a downward dog to a sun salutation. But knowing Brand Beckham, she'll never let her mask of serenity slip, maintaining a poised and polished look.

Whilst Chic Chiffonier loves le gym, it can be tricky to maintain one's chicness following a hardcore session.

I did recently discover some kit which does assist in keeping the style stakes high, even when I'm pounding the treadmill.
